These people are totally fake. I registered a complaint against another company but the company got back to me and solved the issue, i wanted to cancel the complaint and tried for an refund from onlinelegalindia but these guys are not cancelling the complaint and not refunding the amount. My problem was sorted before they even started a ticket so i called these guys to do the same. These guys then instead listening to me and cancel the complaint created a ticket which was not at all necessary and registed the complaint. The customer support guys are total waste and they dont know anything about the refund process or canceling the compliant . Now am thinking to raise a petiton against these guys. Dont go for it. Totally fake and these guys will make the problem worse than solving it.
