DO NOT GO FOR IT.
On the first call the executive will listen to you patiently and agree to all that you say and make you pay the fees.
Once fees is paid, the advocate will never get assigned to you until you call them some 5 to 6 times(Which I did).
After an Advocate is assigned, the advocate will never bother to contact you - I called several times to contact the advocate. - Worst thing is, there is no direct number of the advocate. Each time you call the helpline - they have one same answer ADVOCATE IS BUSY I WILL ARRANGE A CALL BACK.
After several calls, the advocate called me and asked me to mail her with all the details in brief and she will revert in 2 days.
Its 7th day today and there is no reply from the advocate neither I’m able to connect to her over the call.
The funniest part and most disgusting is - I went to them to sort an issue and they themselves are an issue now.
