I had a very disappointing experience with Online Legal India. The service was advertised as smooth and professional, but in reality, it was frustrating and time-consuming. Their customer support team rarely responded on time, and whenever they did, the answers were vague and unhelpful. The process that was supposed to take a few days dragged on for weeks without proper updates.
On top of that, they kept asking for additional payments at different stages, which were never clearly mentioned at the beginning. This felt very misleading and unprofessional. I also found that their executives were not well-trained they often gave contradictory information, which only added to the confusion.
Overall, I would not recommend Online Legal India to anyone. If youre looking for reliable, transparent, and professional legal or compliance services, its better to find a more trustworthy alternative
