Service is so poor to a level that it becomes harassment and frustration. People are already frustrated about things when they opt for legal option and than you get more frustration.
Worst Fraud company ever.
I was assigned lawyer which never showed up in court room and my case could’ve been thrown out if I didn’t check in time and hire someone from outside. After hiring lawyer from outside I asked for refund from OLI which they said will be investigated at their end, it took almost 8 months for me to receive call from their end and they want to assign new lawyer for my case to which I told them my case has already reached judgement and I just need my refund, OLI refused refund saying that lawyer didn’t appear you can file case on lawyer( How is this my responsibility now that OLI has failed to provide service miserably for which OLI has taken money from me)
This company is "FRAUD" full of pathetic useless losers who’s only job is to steal hard earned money with 0 accountability.
Please save yourself and your mental health from these retarded OLI people. since the beginning I’ve never had good experience with OLI and will never ever use their service for any thing and will suggest the same for everyone.
