I hired a maid through Online Maid Bazaar to assist with household chores while I manage my career and family. Unfortunately, the experience has been less than satisfactory for me, at least. Despite their promises of verified and trained staff, the maid provided was unprofessional and lacked the necessary skills. Post that, the communication with the company has also been a bit of a challenge, and the replacement process was haggardly slow and unresponsive. Balancing work and home responsibilities is already demanding, and this added stress has been nerve-racking. I hope they improve their service quality and customer support, if next time I decide to use their services.
