This is the last time I have ordered from Snapdeal because the experience I have faced with you guys, I will do share with others so that they will think before ordering from you guys.
I had ordered one 16 GB memory card on 12-01-2014 and the promised date was 15-01-2014 and now its 23-01-14 today I haven’t received my product yet and as per my order status my order was attempted twice.
In the first attempt they said my house was locked which was false and in the second attempt they said address not found.
After seeing that comments on tracking my order, I raised complaint regrading the same but till today I haven’t received any call from Snapdeal or anybody from courier till today.
My order was not Cash on Delivery(COD) I have already paid the amount . Now I suggest everybody to think before ordering from Snapdeal as they do not think about their customers.
