This is the most unprofessional site I have ever seen. I had booked a prepaid holi hamper order on 13th Mar which consisted of Holi colours and some gujiyas and was provided with a delivery date of 17th Mar.
I requested telephonically and was assured on delivery on 16th itself. However, it has not even been delivered till today(18th). Holi already finished. Order number was 1487. Most pathetic experience ever had with any online delivery site!
Just to earn easy money then accept orders which they cannot deliver on time and play with people’s emotions. Also keeping such eatable items(gujiya) in courier for 3-4 days itself shows their nature of seriousness of doing business.
