* *I have had a bad experience with Flipkart recently. I ordered for a Philips DVD player. It was promptly delivered. But on opening and using it I was badly disappointed. The performance was very poor and sluggish. I wrote to them and they promptly got it collected and said that they would refund my money Rs 2399 in my HDFC Bank account.
Over 10 days have passed, they not returned my money. If they do not return my money, I will have to report this fraud to Police. So the best is not to trust FLIPKART and go to a shop to buy.
