I purchased "Bacchon Ke Liye Yog VCD" online from YogaPranayama.com on 7th Jan 2008.It costs me 599.22 INR. In the comment I mentioned "I have windows XP at home. IF we are not at home, please give the packet to Room No A-22."
Now till today I didn;t get the CD so Icalled up at their number which is 9822357033. That person told me that They sent me a mail on 28th Jan that Package is returned.
I searched in my Inbox(all subfolder, Deleted Items etc). There was no mail from them. I have asked them to semd me the copy of the mail that they sent me. but no response from them. I asked them that Have they enquired to A/22 room number if we were not at home.
He said, since the packet is delived via Speed post, the postman(?) may have inquired. Now he is saying I have to pay USD 5 for reshipping as it is out of Mumbai or India. I was fine with paying the fee again. but then I said what if, again
We were not at home then? He said that not our duty and then if that is the case, I have to find a local courier in my area where thewy can deliver the packet on Sunday to me. I asked them why customer? ask your person to call me before visiting the house .
I forget to mention that I am a working lady and working as a S/w eng. So u know now my schedule is morning 9 to night 9 and there is no one in the home in week days. I feel like YogaPranayama.com doesn’t take the responsibility that the CD should reach in the Customer’s hand.
They just forwarded it to Indian Postal service and relax. How many of us know who is our postman? They guy form YogaPranayama.com told me to co ordinate with my postman and ask him to call me(?) Very weird? I think they guy from YogaPranayama.com is not from Mumbai that’s why he is telling me to ask Postman to call me before he visit my house and giving me option to find out local courier agency so that I will fwd this info to YogaPranayama.com and then they will do a favor on me to give my CD.
I clearly knows that my 599.22 INR is wasted and I am not getting it back. My sincer request to all of you to not to buy any products from the YogaPranayama.com as you will get lot of headache by listening to the options the customer care person is giving to you, You will spend 250 INR or more for reshipping and finally you will not get any product.
So No shopping from YogaPranayama.com
