The gift coupon is virtually useless. It does not carry the recipients name. But has a flip side filled with mostly anti consumer limitations. It carries a rubber stamped caveat valid on diamond jewelry only, which most likely was not made clear to the gift giver at the time of purchase.
Delivery is slow. Redeemable only in one or two stores in the whole of bangalore. It is a shame to the receiver and giver, but more so for the GILI brand itself. Sorry we did not expect this kind of ripoff when our gift givers chose your brand to demonstrate their love and affection for the parents.
We might have been happy with whatever we got within the price the gifters gave, whether it was semi precious or silver. GILI looks greedy to illegally make the recipient buy a larger gift just to redeem this coupon. A very shameful practice to push their products.
