Indian Army Scam on Olx and Facebook

Hello Readers,


I know if you reading this page you may be the victim of such scams. Currently there are many scams are happening on this websites in India. And people are easily becoming the victim of such scams.


Many people have fallen in such scams and ended up paying 40 thousand or 50 thousand or sometime in lakhs


Scenario:


1) They have posted an ad on a facebook or Olx of Bullet Bike or a Car.


2) You see that ad and you have contacted them.


3) They act as an Indian Army Officer.


4) You easily trust them.


5) then they ask you to pay delivery charges for the product delivery in the 24 hrs.


6) You pay them. then here is the entire game begun.


7) after few hours one delivery guy will call any there is some technical issue and you have certain amounts. else your order will be regected and they convince you that they all the amount will be refundable. then they will tell you that why you are not trusting on Indian Army.


8)Then you pay them again, they tell you some technical issue and ask for some amount.


One of my friend have fall in a such trap. So I request readers not to fall in a such trap.


How to protect yourself from such a Traps:


Step:


1)Do some research and ask for some delivery proof.


(Not delivery proof also can be fake)


2) Don’t share your Aadhar Card or Pan number.


3) Do cross verification/ and ask them to to choose other delivery services where you can receive OTP and Parcel detail.


4) Then pay the delivery charges.


5) after the Product delivered then pay the amount.
