You have placed an order in an online retail website and you have received a product damaged/ incorrect/ or something else. Now you are expecting a refund and waiting for a response call from the online site after sending an email to them. Lets say.you have also tried to contact the merchant.
Now after few days you received a call from the retail online shopping website, where you have placed the order. A relief call.oh Yeah.
Now the bottom line.How can be sure, if its a call from the real website or the MERCHANT?
Beware of the Merchant fake calls!
Merchants can also call you since they have your phone number when you placed the order and ask for returning the product pretending to be a customer care agent from the retail website where you have placed the order. If you return the product with out second thoughts or verification, merchant will now has the returned product and also your money.:)
Why there are so many pending refunds and orders and in the mean while, why the merchant is sleeping all the time and does their payments receivable is pending?. or does they have something to do about it, while you were busy all the time fighting for your refund?
