I bought a mobile phone from Shopclues.com - the online shopping site. The mobile is Reach Fab 403. They delivered the product within 4 days from the date of order. When I opened the phone I saw that it is defective and it has some software related issue. Whenever I am trying to open an app it is automatically closed and the mobile data is also not working.
So it is a manufacturing defect and they delivered a defective product. So I requested a return for the product but they said will not take back the phone and refund for the same and I have to go to the service center to repair it. They delivered a wrong product, I have not made it defective and still, they will not accept a return. From now on I am not going to buy anything from shopclues.
This is the most trifle and poor shopping site I ever witnessed. I am warning every customer not to buy anything from this site.
