This is regarding to my order no. 33837.
I ordered for a white plant pot from GIFTSBYMEETS.COM. There was a section which mentioned that the plant can be delivered next day. I ordered this plant on 18th July night to make sure that it reaches on 20th July as it was a friends b.day but the plant didn’t show up and got delivered on 21st instead. This is still fine but when I open the packet, the pot is of pink color and the plant is in the wort condition as it can be. the base of the pot was completely scratched.(When I discussed the same thing with the executive, they gave an excuse that whenever we keep the pot down, it gets some scratches so what the problem?)
The leaves of the plant were broken and the condition was worse. It is not possible to gift someone this kind of product. I spent Rs. 450/- for that and the thing I got was not even worth Rs. 50/-. The worst part was that the customer care executive is not even accepting the mistake that they sent an wrong item. They argued in a manner that this is what we got and take it if u want. We cant help you further. I had to literally shout to make the guy understand that it’s a wrong product with some different pot and plant.
