Purchased a watch from their website using a coupon from khojguru on 22 April. Delivery was promised in 10 days through DTDC. Around 5th/6th May I requested for an update from their support & even called the phone no. listed on their website. Phone kept on ringing and went unanswered. No response to email.
Requested khojguru for help. No response from them either. Wrote again to buyatbrands. Got a response stating that order was under process. On 13th May got a mail stating that order was shipped via DTDC but shipping no. was not provided. Today is the 20th and no delivery or shipping no. provided. Mails sent to support are as usual not answered. Seems to be a fraud website & throws a badlight on khojguru as well.
