I ordered 2 products on pepperfry on 10th Aug’12, order no:#100224306, they mailed after a week that one of d item out of stock, and sent a coupon no refund. By using that coupon, I ordered 2 products again but then I’m in need to cancel d order within a day.
When I asked them to cancel and refund they refused, and still no cancellation, asking to wait for 2 more days, already I spent Rs.600 in these orders but didn’t receive any items from pepperfry. Very bad shopping experience. I had done shopping with flipkart, homeshop18, ebay all those are good. But this is the first time in pepperfry, I think I be cheated.
Please don’t shop with pepperfry, please.
