Hi, Recently I have ordered three boxers from online store, ShopMore24.com that is being advertised widely on Facebook. To my horror, I have found that out of three boxers, two had manufacturing defects. The products were never inspected before packaging and stitches were not in place with needle holes and discolored stripes at sides. When contacted, customer care responded with the issue of inspection and it can be returned for new piece that will be dispatched. But as it was ShopMore24’s mistake for the defective product, so I insisted on pick up the product from my door step to avoid any additional expenses.
They did pick-up after initial hesitation and offered me refund in spite of my cooperation to pick alternative products. After series of mails, I received the call to resolve the issue and pick any similar product. But by this one month time, they did not added any new items and other items that were available earlier were already sold. When I asked to order alternative item of same price they reduced the value of my order to suit them. At last, I had to ask for partial refund to end the online shopping experience with ShopMore24.com.
Hereby, I warn everyone who are fond of online shopping to try any other shopping portal but shopMore24.com. This is in public interest that their quality of product is also worst and one would surly regret. Please AVOID and WARN others for not using ShopMore24.com for shopping.
