I have purchased 6 Colossal Kajal & 2 Kingston Pendrives from ebay and all are of worst quality. Not even worst quality all the materials are duplicate.
Pendrive even not worked when used for the first time. Customer service is very pathetic. When I complained regarding pend rive they said it’s a manufacturing defect & you need to go their service center only. I was just speechless on that time.
I also have placed order for Resqme Keychain & Schwarzkopf Shampoo from SafetyKart online store. I have placed the order for Black colored Resqme.
But when I received it I thought of going to another variant of the same & I called up the customer care & told them I want Keychain of Red color. To my surprize they agreed without arguing & I sent back their Black colored keychain & received the new one. Seriously I appreciate the customer care & services of this Startup.
