Recently I have visit to Onlineshoes.com to purchased a formal shoe. I found some great stuff on onlineshoes.com. So I choose a product that in my budget. I put the product in cart, filled my details. And went to payment section. Where I found that there is no Cash On Delivery option. So choose online payment.
But there are some error I have found while payment. I found that the payment has been cancelled. But I have got a sms from my bank says that money has been deducted, I was stunned. I called the customer care , but they said that no money has been deducted from our end. I said that I have received a sms from my bank say money has been deducted.
The executive say no sir , no has been deducted. And says sorry I cant help you with this concern.
Really how could they do that to me. Worst transaction facilities and so poor Services
