It happened to be that I ordered 3 combo of 4 shirts each. Can’t believe all the 3 combos of the shirt was a wrong product delivered. Such a disappointment what to say. Okay but it doesn’t end there, the quality was extremely poor. What I say vs. what I got varied a lot. It was east and west. That’s how I would define the difference between these products. The quality seemed so poor it felt like it was used a product. When I contacted the customer service, they refuse saying that isn’t possible in the first place. I ordered thinking that it would be a good buy, but it turned out like the ball is in their court has they have the money with them. I asked for a refund but literally have no idea. when I will be getting it. I had been waiting for the refund for 3 months now and still there are no sign of a refund. Now I don’t know whether I made a mistake while giving out all the details of the same bank account from where the money was deducted. Called them again to complain for the refund. However have no sign of refund till date. Regret going for the products on this site. Cant say which is worse, product or the site?.
