I was at Chennai airport there was nothing better to do so I just walked in a Book-Shop and was looking out for “Love Story” by Erich Segal but they didn’t had that book so he suggested me for “Only Love” by same author. I have heard a lot about Erich Segal’s books like Love Story, Doctors, Class etc.
“Only Love, ” is the story of a group of young doctors those who were survived from the rigorous training that followed would be rewarded by being sent on a mission to Africa to risk their and save others lives. Two of them Matthew and Silvia fall in love and after one year they separate by the bloodshed and violence.
Silvia Dalessandro, the only daughter of a billionaire the director of “FAMA” the Italian car manufacturer including Construction, Steel works etc.
They were so deeply in love that she gave up all the other things of her world for him. But destiny wanted something else. When they both finally decides to get married Matthew gets shot in his head very close to the brain by few terrorists or may be the thugs sent by Silvia’s father. But still he survives.
As Silvia was always scared to death after facing the situation by the terrorists she decides or has been forced by her father to marry Nicclo Rinaldi son of the Chairman of the multinational ‘Metro’ Corporation.
Dr. Mathew now known as a brilliant neurosurgeon in New York is appealed by a rich man whose wife’s brain tumor was been declared inoperable by every other surgeon. They come from Italy to Dr. Matthew because he has an experimental treatment that has worked on a handful of similar cases.
And finally Matthew comes to know that the rich mans wife whom he is going to meet is the great love of his life Silvia, after 16 years since they parted.
He has to save her life and if he does then what next?
