The Humble and ubiquitous Kolkata rolls has finally landed in Mumbai( Navi) a year back!

One kiosk is is Vashi Stn Complex, Highway side-near HDFC ATM at CST end.
One outlet at Vashi sector 17, main road.
Those who are fortunate to have tasted the Egg/Chicke/Mutton( Rolls are never a hit with paneer/Mushroom, Potatoes!) Rolls in Kolkata know what heaven is! The best rolls that I have eaten in Kolkata are at Bedowin( spelling?) at gariahat, and at Zeeshan’s at Deshapriya Park. A crisp from outside( yet soft inside!) lachha paratha fried in and dripping with oil, covered with beaten egg( or eggs!) inside. stuffed generously with chicken/mutton tikka, and thin julienes of onion, beetroot and some chillies. sprinkled with salt, pepper and Jeera/aam chur masala.with a dash of chilli sauce, kasundi.and finally wrapped in a butter paper. All for less than Rs 35.A plain egg roll even cheaper!

Most of these are replicated at Only Rolls at Vashi. They may not taste exactly as good as the rolls at Bedowin and Zeeshan’s do.but they are the best I have tasted anywhere outside Kolkata.
They are clean, tasty, quick and value for money( less than Rs 45). And trust me, they are FAR better than the Mumbai frankies!
Till the time Bedowin and Zeeshan plans to open an outlet in Mumbai, I am quite happy with Only Rolls!l
