I brought a HP laptop from Vijay sales 2years and 3 months before and while buyed i took 3years extended warranty and Vijay sales never informed me that i need to do co payment to Onsitego of 2000on the each service. Sure to heavy rain my laptop got wet i gave for server they forced me very badly and i payed 2000 how ever it was having issues it was not serviced well later battery drained out very quick and display issues i asked for service i was forced to pay 2000 as co payment. Before co payment they said only 2000 no additional charge but later now they are very rude and asking more 2270. It’s better to beg rather that cheating and eating someone’s hard earned money
