I had purchased a 1.5 ton AC from Vijay Sales Sector 18 Noida last year. At the time of sale I was repeatedly asked by the salesperson to take their extended warranty from Onsitego and given assurances of excellent and timely services.
Unfortunately only after 13 months my AC developed a snag for which I called the O gen technician. He identified the problem as a broken down cooling coil which needs to be replaced. ( The poor manufacturing by O Gen is another concern for which I will put up a review on their site).
The AC was under extended warranty by Onsitego so I approached them for repair. However even after lodging a complaint for 4 days, no one has visited or called. On approaching online all you get is to chat with a bot which solves nothing.
Basically Onsitego took money for the extended warranty but have not provided and service , not even a call whatsoever.
I will recommend that you never buy from Vijay Sales and never take any extended warranty from Onsitego. They just want your money and don’t give service.
