I have my window AC services by their engineer in March 2023. It needed a gas refill so they did so. We didnt used it for one month as the weather was not favourable. Later when we checked on it, it was not cooling. So we recalled the engineer to check. This time they mentioned that the cooling coil is damaged and it will be replaced and we will have to bear the replacement cost. This is the first time in 20 years that we faced such a major issue with an AC. We have 4 ACs and never faced any such issue except gas refilling and we opted for onsitego service for the very first time. The technician had damaged the coil in the very first service through their in expertise and now they are posing replacement charges on us. If the coil was damaged then it should had been notified in the very first service. It feels like they train their engineers to do damage during free services and then ask customers for money for the damages they cause.
I would like to warn all the customers to stay with the service guys all the time so they cant con you.
