I have been so disappointed with Onsite go service. I have taken onsite three years warranty for six of my ACs thinking that they will do a genuine work. For last more than a month I have been trying to get my ACs serviced/repaired. It has been a horrifying experience. Two of my Diakin ACs are yet to be repaired though I had registered complaints. They close the complaints on their own without getting it fully repaired. On 15th once again I registered a complaint for croma split AC. They have closed my complaint even without visiting my house. I have lost all my trust in onsite go. I wouldn’t recommend anyone.
