I had quoation of 50000 for my House Hold Items, Scooter, Cycle and Car from Pune to Dehradun(Urarakhand).
There was change in charge as I decided to sell the car and car ws excluded so the Deal was for 30000 which was again reduced to 27000.
On 17th they came and packed all items listed and gave me the Receipt of Number of items and 2.5 lacs was Insured for TV Washing Machine and 3 AC’s
THey told the delivery will be done by 23rd or if rain affects then maximum by 25th July.
I got a Invoice on 23rd which was 66000 and I was told to pay full amount then only I will get my delivery and that too after 3 days that is 26th.
I paid all money 66000 but still they have not delivered my consignment. They have not given any tracking number and if I check on thier compny site there is not tracking number matching.
Now situation is I am in dehradun and waiting for my Consignment to come here and these guys have all my Money and Consignment.
Whqt should I do , should I give police complaint
