I have been to ooty twice and apart from the climate we don’t have much to enjoy.
The main reason behind me going to ooty is for the drive which is great, through the wildlife sanctuaries of bandipur and mudumalai. The location and scenic beauty of these sanctuaries are much better than ooty. It has been advertised a lot that ooty is one of the best tourist attractions but trust me it’s not that special. The city tour and few of the locations outside city can be covered within a day. As a whole okay place to visit.
