Ouzo is a casual dining bar which serves food, alcohol and Shisha(on rooftop area only) just before the Sakinaka junction. This place was previously known as Rivera. Since I stay on Powai, I decided to pay a visit to this restaurant which is only 15 mins drive from my place. We have gone to the rooftop area since some of my friends smoke. We tried "Tabasco chicken wings" which was not properly cooked and did have a very strong citrus taste. The meat was still chewy, which means it was not cooked. Uncooked meat for me is the biggest turn off for me at any restaurant. We told the manager to take it away and they bought another one. Still the taste was pathetic and it seemed to be now soaked in oil. We then ordered a vegetarian dish called " coriander rice with gravy". They literally served Coriander and rice which had an awfully bitter taste to it and an equally bitter gravy with some paneer in it. Thtas it! We gave up. The Ambience of the place is good and the staff is also kind enough to listen to customer concerns. I believe for any restaurant business to prosper, Food quality and taste should be given utmost importance. If the food it not good, that particular restaurant is not value for money. I hope they pay attention on their food quality and they should do good for the rest of the part.
