You can not call it a station wagon - as it may not be that big, but it is quite spacious. Fully foldable back seat gives ample room if you ever require it. Comfortable drive - good shock absorbers. Excellent pickup - at 92 bhp from the 1.6 litre engine. Smooth drive and very good power steering. Some of my relatives and friends who drive with me commented the drive is similar to one in a volvo bus - floating feeling.
The 6 CD changer is very good - Blaupunkt. You can replace the default speaker with more powerful ones - though I havent done it yet. The side view mirror control at driver’s side is good, and so is the display console, which shows audio status, temperature, time and date.
Is everything alright - you may feel the mileage is on the lower side - 9 with A/C in the city and 9.5 without A/C. On long drives however I got 14+. Till the 1000km service the accelerator and gears were not very smooth, but things changed dramatically after the first service.
The service intervals are 10, 000 km or one year which is double compared to most of other cars.
In short - it is smooth, spacious, powerful and comfortable - perfection by German engineering.
