What hits me the most when I started reading Open was the simplicity of Agassis writing.
I felt quite involved while reading this book and it was great recalling the incidents that he has pointed out explicitly here.
The story about his return to prominence after falling out of the top 100 and and various anecdotes such as how he played a match fearful that his wig might fall off.
The book is a must read for all tennis lovers. It is wonderfully written and keeps you interested from the word go.
Author has done exceptionally well to empathize you with himself by picturing incidents very vividly. My respect for the man has grown exponentially.
