I am a regular user of opera mini.it is a good browser for browsing but not for download.it always consumes low data compare to any other browser.the browsing speed is very fast at 2G data plan.I likes it very much.but there is some disadvantage, the main problem with opera mini is the download speed is not good and I thinks it need more update.it is more suitable for 2G network.I requested to the opera software developer to give better feature.
