Design and display: The resolution of Oppo F1s is 1280 x 720 pixels, while it is a 1080 x 1920 pixel Full HD resolution in the Pixel. While Oppo F1s comes with 5.5-inch display, Pixel has comparatively smaller 5-inch display only.
Platform: Oppo F1s runs on Android 5.1 OS. Pixels OS is Android 7. Pixel would be comparatively better in this context than Oppos F1s as Android 7 version brings many features and fixes with it.
Chipset: The chipset powering these two are different. The Oppo F1s runs on MediaTek MT6750 processor with a clock speed of 1.5GHz and Pixel runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 with a clock speed of 1.6GHz.
Oppo F1s has octa-core processor and Pixel has a quad core processor. Pixel lags behind Oppo in this feature as the quad core are just a standard feature of smartphone range these days. GPU of Oppo F1s is Mali-T860MP2 while Pixel uses Adreno 530.
