The RealMe is a sub-brand of Oppo and RealMe1 is their first product in the market. The USP of this device is its powerful SoC-the Mediatek Helio P60-and great camera performance. The Helio P60s performance is slightly better than the Snapdragon 636(comparable to Snapdragon 660) although the GPU of SD 636 takes an edge. The overall performance is simply fluid with almost no lags. Gaming performance is average to good.
The camera performance is awesome, thanks to the helio P60. Its AI capabilities allow to capture decent portrait shots without even the dual camera setup. The colors are kept natural without being over-saturated
The battery life is decent(3410 mAh) but fast charging is not supported.
The display is decent with 18:9 aspect ratio and good color reproduction. The smartphone runs on Oppos ColorOS 5.0 on top of android Oreo 8.1. The UI is actually very heavy and might not be everybodys favourite.
The glass back with pattern cut design looks impressive. The device sadly doesnt have fingerprint sensor but the face recognition is fast enough. It wont work in very low lighting conditions though.
So, to conclude, the device is a great package overall. It offers great value for money. It offers maximum RAM/storage as of now at its price point(4GB/64GB for approx. 11000 INR). You should neglect it only if you hate ColorOS and prefer stock android like I do.
