I recently purchased Creatine of Optimum Nutrition(ON) brand & I absolutely loved it. Its amazing. You simply have to take 5grams of creatine a day by mixing it with water.
Pros:

Cons:

Just make sure you purchase Creatine in its monohydrate form ie. Creatine Monohydrate. If its micronized its even better as it dissolves quickly in water compare to normal creatine monohydrate. Dont go for flavours, unflavoured is the purest and best. If you love flavours buy a lollypop instead of a supplement, because supplement are brought on basis of their effectivness and not tastes. Make sure you drink plenty of water as long as you take creatine as creatine retains(stores) water in your body, so you need to keep yourself hydrated. Drink at least 4-5 litres of water daily. Both men & women can use it.
