I am surprised how people are using technology these days. People from the backward regions and class have progressed. And to such extent they have reached places no one could ever! But some people on the other hand use it to thug and cheat people and the ones who are a bit less informed.
Same goes with me I just work on computer that much which is needed in the office environment. I don’t like sitting glued to the chair round the clock.
I had been approached by a company of work from home nature. I was interested as it was something new for me which promised pay without moving out of the house. And I could earn as much as I want based on my work. Companies like these know one weakness every human has been a victim of, i.e. money. All of us need money for some or the other reason. I was no exception. They got me in their trick while I initially paid 3800 for the work.
When I was assigned the work they told me to complete it on time which after a lot of hard work and man hours was possible. I thought it would pay me off. However that was just a fantasy that never would have been a reality. I should’ve smelled that fishy nature of such companies who state things in a manner which is too good to be true.
When I sent them the work they said it was not acceptable due to the number of errors which exceeded a count. So I was told that I would not be paid. After a few days I got a call from the company they said I will have to pay up a fine of 5k more or they will go legal against me. So I thought just pay them off and let it be behind.
But these thugs were not happy with that 10000/- They started calling me again from different numbers. They tried to scare me by saying it was a lawyer on the other side. I have received a legal notice of appearing before the court, but before that I tried to lookup for the company in the MCA website.
The company doesn’t exist. And when they called me and I said the same to them, they hung up and never tried calling me again. This was it till now haven’t heard of it. However they were able to bag almost 10k from me.
Beware of such companies! Don’t trust their fake promises
