The company is a level 3 company with poor management and HR. The work timings vary from project to project. In my project work timings are fixed from 9:30 to 6:30. Login and Log out times are monitored and sent to respective employees.
For timesheet approval, employees have to be in office for atleast 9 hrs daily.The iteration rate is very high. There is no internet access (except for 1 hr in lunch time which is very very slow).HR would never reply to your mail. When you go and talk to them personally thats when they consider your request/issue.The main retention policy here is to increase an employees salary whenevr he/she thinks of quitting.
There are no standard estimation rules for projects. Estimations mostly are on tight side for many projects. All requests/tasks are marked urgent to suck your blood.There is no work life balance. Infrastructure wise - the company has small premises with not many facilities. Managers have tendency to keep checking your work status while you are in office.TLs have same tendency.They mostly recruit freshers since freshers have ability to take torture more than experienced candidates.
