I work in oracle Bangalore. Before joining and during joining everything was flowery and looking good. Now I feel I did a mistake of joining Oracle. When I joined I was working under a manger called Anand who left oracle just because of politics. I was happy under him.
Now I work under a manager whose name is Bhasker Varanasi. He is a Andra person. He has made his team as small Andra only. He does not recruit any other state person to his team. He does not have any knowledge. In meeting he speaks like a machine with not having much info of anything and everyone should agree to his words else he/she will be targeted. No hike nothing life is pathetic. working in enterprise manager under Bhasker is equivalent to working on junk product.
I don’t understand how management is supporting him to recruit only Telugu people. Its equivalent working for a political party. people survive by politics only not by knowledge or hard work. Bhasker recognizes only Telugu people. And Joseph is not taking any action on him. We don’t have any freedom to put our thoughts. my life in oracle is like Bengali person working in Andra political party. Ha ha.
I feel sad about myself. Trying to move out from here as soon as possible.
