Hi All and To the CEO of Oracle,
This is to bring to your kind notice that the interview process at oracle is ridiculous and the people are sarcastic.They Support their region people and not the right talent.
I went for an interview held at Bangalore Presitige Tech Park on 21-Feb-2015 but I pity myself that I wasted my time by going their.Iam a 3 years Experience ERP Consltant having good knowledge but they didnot ask single question on that! to my Suprise.
The first round was 2 written papers I was through and in the 2nd round ie., for my Surpriise the Manager was asking me to solve puzzles.i believe the managers at oracle spend time in solving puzzles and not the work.if he is soo much interested in puzzles then he can crack government exams and not fit to be a erp consultant.
He dont even know whether the below query will remove duplicates from the table.! Ridiculous!
Sql > delete from names a
Where rowid not in(select min(rowid) from names b
Where b.name=a.name.
And dont waste the money to book flights for these managers to come and take the interview.
Please do pip program and remove the rust from the organizantion. Or else no wonder sap beats erp in near future.
