Buying a vehicle with orange was perhaps the worst decision of my life. I had bought a cruze ltz with orange and they had told me that there is no discount since it is a running model , I thought may be its true and bought with them and only later that I came to know that KUN was giving a corporate discount apart from a decent discount on insurance it was my bad and hence I left the matter.
After sales service is like the worst , every service I am being charged for stuff which I have no idea about and even the sales guy who sold me the car was starting acting pricey and arrogant.I have decided to go for the local mechanic shop rather than orange coz their quality of service is bad , bills charged are huge , very rude customer service and looks like their only goal is to loot their customers throughout the chain right from making more profit by selling at no discounts by lying and charging huge sums by service.
I would recommend people not to buy with Orange as they are the worst.
