This organisation good for only sales & accounts people, not for technical, support people, where as its completely depends on tech people.
I have been trapped by false info, everything is hidden, most funny thing is it has so-many names, known as Orange, Orange Business services-France telecom group, Equant Technologies services India pvt ltd, Equant technology network services India pvt ltd under one roof, and more over u may outsourced by orange without your knowledge to other consultancies like Trimax IT infra…, s2 infotech who are also culprits as orange, even working for years u will don’t know for whom working & what for.
I came to know after 2 weeks that I was outsourced, it was 1.5 yrs passed n while bonus payment my consultancy said I was not on role to them too, so I will not get it. even after working 3.5 yrs, I could not make out for whom I was working for. I was appointed for particular project but slowly was assigned other responsibilities with false promise of hike later. Bad politics, provincialism, bad HR, bad manager’s n team leaders who will all hikes salaries for themselves. funny reporting system ( mngr’s) hierarchy i.e higher no’s of vertical & horizontal reporting mngr’s , mean if u do something wrong 3 people of vertical side & horizontal side reporting mngr’s will bang you, if u r good worker then they only praise you but never give hike.
Actually Joining this organization I realized that I have wasted my 3.5 yrs time n spoiled my career, now I’m nowhere, so I strongly recommend not to join this organization even if they 100% hike, because they promise of hike n u will made to work for same salary for long yrs till u go away, even if u join by mistake hen jump with in 1yr to other company.
