This is my experience when I had my exams the next day at Delhi and I had to reach airport on priority. I had ordered an orange cab by calling on their phone number.
I had a weird feeling somewhere by hearing the operator on the other end that my day wasn’t going to end well. The operator took the details of my pickup and said to be ready for the pickup at the mentioned timing.
As expected, the turn of events started, the cab didn’t arrive as expected at the right time. I waited for 20 mins and then decided to call as I was getting late for my flight.
To my frustration, when I called again to the same number there was a different operator and he had no idea of my ride.I was totally shocked and disappointed. To my surprise, fortunately the cab arrived out of nowhere after 5mins and picked me up. When I asked the reason for being late, the driver went all crazy over me.
I had to keep quiet as I wanted to reach airport on time. Finally I reached the airport, and when I asked for the fare, it gave me a little heart attack. As I didn’t have time for argument, I paid the hefty amount and decided never to turn back to Orange Cabs.
