I went with my wife and 2 kids for 4 days. I had booked a private pool villa. Welcome was ok. First the positives. We enjoyed the rooms. Pool. The view...cultural activities...food. The natural beauty is ultimate. Nature walks. Now the negatives...They assigned an executive to us, who screwed up our first 2 days. Didn’t tell us anything about the facilities...we struggled a lot with kids. We were not told about the facilities available to take care of the children. Especially when we. The parents were having food all of the staff except a few discriminate Indians. They give all the attention possible to Caucasians...which is very cheap of them and to top it, all flush in our toilet was not working intermittently. I have complained...let’s see what they do. But the manager’s listed to my complaints very keenly. Hope they care...for their own good.
PS:- We don’t need discount or free stay...we are ready to pay...even extra than what u ask for. Just provide proper service that’s all...Dr Naveen Gopal.
