I have used both BPL and Orange billing cards. However I had a lot of problems with my Orange card. Firstly, the connectivity issue. Even with my best Nokia 3310 handset, I hardly had full connectivity anytime. Then there were call drops and the faulty billing mechanism. You simply needed a specialist to track down all their billing parameters. Also the roaming charges were incorrectly billed to me and when I complained to them they asked me to pay the bill first. Then I kept getting highly inflated bills after I didnt subscribed to their itemised bill. At last, when I didnt knew what to do and wasnt sure if I would get my deposit back. I decided not to pay the bill for a couple of months and then adjust my deposit acccordingly. Its really a shame for a big company like Orange to keep duping customers in this manner. Their Customer care is one of the worst with the hold time sometimes crossing 20 mins.
