I am an orange subscriber since last six - seven years. In between I subscribed to BPL mobile also. But I am quite satisfied with orange services. When I was a BPL subscriber I used to get irregular bills and the amount was also always of the wrong calls. We always had to call their customer service. Besides that they used to send people to collect money even though the bills were paid on time.
So again I shifted back to orange. And I am satisfied with their services. Because they always clarified my doubts and they were very polite also. Even if they are late in their bills they give enough of time for the payments. I am sometimes late in the payments but besides giving reminders they have not done any thing like sending someone to collect money or warnings. Because many a times I have told them that it is not possible for me to go and make payments they also suggest for sending someone to get the payment but when I refuse they have never forced me.
Overall in the mobile market orange services are at least satisfactory. They sometimes may not be up to the mark but they are never inferior at least in my opinion.
AND IF MR. SEWLANI IS NOT SATISFIED WITH ORANGE THEN WHY HE DID NOT CHANGE TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS. I THINK HE MUST HAVE FOUND SOMETHING GOOD THAN OTHERS.
