To start it all off, my cell was stolen. I deactivated my number and when I felt it was ok, I talked to the hotline guys who said that I would not be charged for the SIM card. I went to the Orange shop at Andheri, and I was told that I would be charged for the card because they could not see any comments from the hotline. I again called up hotline who confirmed that the comments were there. I again went to the Orange shop who again gave me the same excuse. I took the SIM card and told them to add it in my bill. Then again I called up hotline who told me the comment WAS there and I would not be charged. It seems there were two systems and the orange shop was checking only one of them. Wonder who taught them? And there are 2 girls who keep shouting for people, and when people go to them, all they say is, please wait, we can’t help you. Then why waste our time at all?. The hotline is much more useful, I guess
