I booked a ticket to Trivandrum.The pickup from KR puram.the boarding time is at 7:30 pm from KR puram, at 6.00 pm they texted me pickup is not available(don’t even called).
When I called back they told many silly excuses, when complaint redbus they negotiated and told they will send a cab, I hav to wait at HP petrol pump Tin factory, after 10 min they changed the location to ganesh temple, at 7:40 they called and changed the location to traffic police station.
And somehow I got into the cab, on my way I realised the booked trivandrum bus is moved from madiwala.and they arranged the Cochin bus for me and they told me to change the bus on a hault for food.the language the staff used is too rude.it was totally a bloody journey.never ever book this bus.better opt for railway general coach.
