I’ve travelled from Bangalore to Vijayawada and the return journey.
Onward Journey experience:
No time sense, late of 15-30mins is normal, but this service from Banaglore to Amalapuram my destination up to Vijayawada, at Hoskete they gave boarding time as 6:30pm, waited endlessly without any information and at last bus arrived at 7:30pm(Journey date16/12/2022).
Their tracker was showing my drop location and not the bus current location.
After boarding got to know no water bottles a minimum requirement when their site says provided.
Dirtiest curtains, blankets and pillow covers.
2nd driver sleeps in the middle of the walk way blocking passenger movement in the night.
Return Journey experience(17/12/2022):
Prepared for one hour delay this time, bus from Narasapuram to Bangalore, expected to start in Vijayawada at 9:50pm, but reached boarding point at 11:10pm.
Benz circle office, good for mosquito bites, broken chairs in lounge and stinky drain smell from just outside.
Above points 2, 3, 4, 5 same without any change.
Bus supposed to be multi axle, but got normal one and reached 30mins late at Hoskote plaza by 10:30am.
I would not recommend them instead much better to go by APSRTC or KSRTC. If no service can be delivered upto mark, better donot make false statements.
