Traveling from Pune to Bangalore on 24th June, Bus got break down near Chitradurga
Why UNprofessional: Bus got break down at 4am, Driver has to inform passengers and customer care to arrange another bus
At 7am: Orange Driver stopped KSRTC bus and asked us to pay the amount which will get refunded from Orange Travels
Why UnEthical: I called orange cust care and he agreed to Refund the amount . we reached to bangalore that is too Majestic and not Marathahalli, THen I booked cab and reached to marathahlli.
When I tried to call again cust care. he just listen and not taken any action . just every time he told me. your concern has taken and will let you know. if they want to provide the moeny. call back should happen immediately .
why Pathetic:
Rather than apologizing for horrific experience to customer because of Outdated bus . Orange tours and Travels start avoiding refund
Why Risky:
The Buses looks like damaged one . as break down can happen only in extreme conditions where owner is not taking care of buses for regular servicing . very Risky if you travel with family .

Never ever travel though this Orange Tours and Travels!
