ORANGE TOURS AND TRAVELS
FEEDBACK ABOUT OUR JOURNEY FROM HYDERABAD TO BANGALORE
Hello, this is a tip for you guys who are traveling by using Orange tours and travel services.
We are from Bangalore and had been to Hyderabad(Telangana) for a trip. We planned to book a Non-A/C Seater/Sleeper(2+1) Bus ticket on return.
Booked our tickets by goibibo.com for Orange travels on 18th June 2018 Booking ID "GOBUSANDc27daa91de" and traveled on 3rd July 2018 at 19:30.
I am extremely disappointed with Orange service as our boarding point was Near Punjabi Dhaba Bus Stop we were asked to come to the opposite side at the Nehru Outer Ring Road
We are new and we did not no actually be what is, so we asked him to come to that Punjabi bus stop as our cab driver drop us there.
The bus conductor started arguing on that. Finally, the bus arrived at that stop after so much of request he got down and began loading our luggage on the bus.
But we carried 2 single mattresses which we bought from Hyderabad they told they can’t take it and started arguing again. We told we have bought them and cant leave it we have to take them. They told they have a policy and can’t carry them as they have some kind of checking and they have to pay penalty for it. So what can we do as we were not informed in the first place? Now we have bought them and can’t return it back. He says to trough it on the road we can’t take them.
The bus conductor was so rude, The bus driver also had spoken rash and the helper too. We were confused and don’t know what to do.
He told to speak to customer care as the passengers are getting late even we are getting late but they are not ready to understand. One time if such a thing happens they need to corporate with us. Since the conductor was repeatedly telling call the customer care. But why do we do that if he is having a problem so we told him to call and tell we have this mattress is there any problem? The bus conductor had connected with customer care and spoke but there was no positive reply so he gave me to speak and I spoke and understood what is their problem and also told mine but now I can’t do anything understood that they want extra money other than the bus fare but it is not right from there end as later he came to an argument as we denied paying.
Ok till then the bus from our stop left the opposite side ring road leaving my baggage and us with the bus conductor behind. We carried a small trolley, Small airbag and 1 shoulder bag with these mattresses
The argument was going on with the customer care and myself this was a horrible experience as this too did not solve are a problem then we had to agree on paying rupees 200/- once we get down at Bangalore
We had to carry our luggage ourselves as the bus was on another side with no one to help to cross the main road after so much of begging the Bus conductor came to give a hand on the mattresses halfway.
It was extremely frustrating what these Orange travelers did to us.
Finally, the helper put the luggage in the bus and we board it. The problem has not ended yet.
The Bus had to serve us 1 bottle water, Snacks, Pillow, Blanket, Night lamp and Charging point but we were not served with snacks. Anyways next morning as we reached Bangalore promising time 6:30 we reached 9:30 we got late. As soon as we got down for our luggage the Helper took out our stuff from the Bus conductor came and angrily shouting to give us the rs 200/- as if we did not want give him and did not allow us to pull out the mattresses he spoke very in manure way I sewer it feel like slapping him. What he thinks we will run away with his money. And started arguing in the middle of the road.
Making a seen we were decently removing the money to give him but what a stupid he was.
Threw the money on his face and he left after giving our mattress back.
People don’t go with this service there are plenty of travel services but this is the worst if you have bought a ticket change it now. Thank you…
